I am a people person. I love getting to know all cultures and personalities. I am respectful to all ethnics and races. I have worked in a special needs high school classroom for the last 5 years. I love the kids I work with even when they can be difficult with mental break downs. We have a very big 18yr old young man who on occasion will have episodes anxiety and pure fear where he is so spun up it is very difficult to calm back down. I have had success on calming this young man and helping him through his anxiety so he does not harm himself or others in the classroom. I have had numerous training through the state on how to care for many situation and needs, such as downs syndrome, dementia, toileting, dressing meal preparation and I am very skilled in house cleaning. I just really enjoy helping others. It brings me joy.
